Hip hop dance is a range of street dance styles primarily performed to hip hop music or that have evolved as part of hip hop culture. The course involves realtime stage experience, mentorship by well known artists & choreographers, dance camps ,battles ,cyphers & much more.

Age Group - 8 to 15yrs

Time          - 7pm to 8pm

Days          - Weekdays (Mon to Fri)

HipHop 

Bhangra is a type of traditional folk dance of Punjab, originating in the Sialkot area of Punjab, Pakistan. It is done in the season of harvesting. North Indian famous dance form that reduces weight , helps to improve stamina with full vibe in the mood. 

Age Group - 8 to 15yrs

Time          - 7pm to 8pm

Bhangra

Indian classical dance or Shastriya Nritya is an umbrella term for various performance arts rooted in Hindu musical theatre styles, whose theory and practice can be traced to the Sanskrit text Natya Shastra. Indian Classical dance batch that allows you to be connected with Indian roots. Certified trainer from university.

Age Group - Open for all age group

Time          - 7pm to 8pm

Days          - 3 days a week ( Mon, Wed, Fri)

Yoga

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. 

Age Group - Open for all age group

Time          - 5pm to 6pm

Days          - 3 days a week ( Mon, Wed, Fri)

Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.

Age Group - Open for all age group

Time          - 6pm to 7pm

Days          - Weekdays (Mon to Fri)

Gymnastics

Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. An international dance forms that inspires to reduce weight, get in shape and improves the mental health. with our certified instructor with more than 8yrs of experience.

 

Age Group - Above 15yrs

Time          - 5pm to 6pm & 6pm to 7pm

Days          - Weekdays (Mon to Fri)
